You can’t do today’s job with yesterday’s message if you want to be in business tomorrow.
That’s the message from Ted Topping of Creative Insights.
The speaker, author, consultant, and educator will be on the Sunshine Coast this Thursday to talk to businesses about how to create a customer experience.
He said he will talk about, “The specific aspects of a business that people need to manage in order to make their little corner of Sechelt stand out in the customer’s mind and it’s the product, place, process and the people.”
Topping will be speaking at the Sechelt Downtown Business Association’s AGM this Thursday at the Trail Bay Centre.
