The Sunshine Coast Lion’s Housing Society is looking to do some major upgrades at its Greenecourt complex.
Aaron Thompson, District of Sechelt’s Development planner says the complex at the corner of Medusa and Ocean Avenue consists of six buildings, some are quite old and the society is looking get rid of some old buildings and add a new one.
Thompson says the two long single storey buildings in the complex that was constructed post World War II would be removed during the construction of this project.
He adds the district is in the preliminary stages of reviewing this application and there will be a chance for people to weigh in during the summer.
