The Sunshine Coast Regional District Board will consist of mostly new members after this year’s election.
Garry Nohr, who has been the Representative for Halfmoon Bay for 13 plus years is calling it quits after this term and will become the fourth member of the board who won’t be seeking reelection in the fall.
Nohr says it was a difficult decision but his wife and family were big factors in the decision he made.
Director Frank Mauro, Ian Winn and Mark Labelle are the other elected officials who won’t be running for the election again.
