A total of $45,000 is what the Elves Club on the Sunshine Coast is hoping to collect by the end of Saturday during their “Crash the Coast” event and telethon.
Lynn Nestman says this is been a long and ongoing tradition in the community and she’s hoping people will step up again.
Nestman says the telethon was absent last year so they want to come back strong for this year.
The telethon will go from 2-8 and you can donate online, by calling it or by attending the event at the Heritage Playhouse in Gibsons.
