The Sechelt Fire Department has put out the fire at Salish Soils.
Sechelt Fire Chief Trevor Pike says the fire was about 200 feet long, 80 feet wide and about 21 of their firefighters were on scene after they get the call.
Pike believes this was a case of a spontaneous combustion fire and it was not human caused.
No significant property damage was done and the fire took about two and half hours to extinguish.
