The owner of the 420-acre property near Porpoise Bay won’t be organizing another paddling festival and electric vehicle’s festival this year.
Werner Hofstatter with SSC Properties says they’ve been struggling to get their application approved and they want to focus their resources on the zoning amendment process with the District of Sechelt.
Hofstatter says their focus has been trying to get their first reading reinstated, the reading which was rescinded last year.
