The Town of Gibsons has ratified a 5-year collective agreement with its employees.
Ian Poole, Director of Fiancing with the town says they started bargaining with their union back in October and had a few good dialogue sessions with their union representative.
Poole says overall, the rate increases for the entire five years is 8.75 per cent.
