Bike to Work and School Week is off to a smooth start on the Sunshine Coast.
There were concerns about the conditions of highway 101 leading up to this week, but work has been done to clean up the roads.

Tim Howard, President of Transportation Choices – Sunshine Coast is encouraged to see the loose gravel and sand off of the highway.
Howard says celebration stations are set up in Gibsons and Sechelt. Participants can stop by them to get muffins, coffee and they can also pick up a bike route map of the Sunshine Coast.
