Powell River-Sunshine Coast MLA slams 15 percent foreign buyers tax

The MLA for Powell River – Sunshine Coast is not a fan of the new 15 percent foreign buyers tax that was implemented by the B.C. government.

Nicholas Simons explains.

Simons says the new tax has a lot of loops holes and he doesn’t believe it will do much when it comes to the availability of affordable housing.
