Police are asking homeowners, who live near schools to keep an eye on the facilities as there has been rash of break ins over the past month.
13 break and enters have taken place at local schools, including Ecole North Oyster to Ecole Hammond Bay.
John Barsby High School alone has been broken into 4 times.
Mounties say thieves have made off with computers, projectors, musical equipment and various other small items.
Many of the break ins have occurred late at night and have involved either a door or window being pried open.
