Nanaimo joined numerous other city’s in B.C. with the installation of rainbow crosswalks this past weekend.
The crosswalks were installed at the intersection of Bastion and Commercial to support the City’s upcoming Pride Week and the LGBTQ community.
The rainbow flag will be raised at City Hall Wednesday and Sunday the first ever Pride Parade will be held in the Harbour City.
