Sunshine Coast Search and Rescue was out in the snowstorm Sunday.
They were called in to search for a group of teenagers in Tetrahedron Provincial Park. Sunshine Coast SAR says they were located safely and brought back to the parking area using the group’s new UTV, a golf-cart like all terrain vehicle with tracks instead of tires. It was the first time it’s been used in a rescue.
