Vancouver Coastal Health says some young adults in Whistler have been exposed to the mumps.
Medical Health Officer Paul Martiquet explains.
Dr. Mariquet says this is a good wake up call for everyone to get caught up on their vaccinations.
The mumps is very contagious and people who have the mumps should stay home from work and social events.
