The Nanaimo Ladysmith School Board is going to be talking busing again.
This time it’s the fall-out from a recent decision to go ahead with school closures in Ladysmith. Davis Road elementary is being closed after this school year.
English students are going to be bused to their new schools… but the Board still hasn’t decided if buses will be offered for the K-7 French Immersion students. They’ll be going to North Oyster in September
When the Board meets Feb 19th they’ll be looking at options that include a user pay system.
