RCMP seek man who walked out of store with pricey bottles of scotch

Sunshine Coast RMCP have released a picture of the suspect in a theft from a liquor store in Gibsons.

RCMP say around 7:40 on the night of the 10th a man went into the Blackfish Pub Liquor Store and put two boxed bottles of Johnny Walker Platinum into a cloth grocery bag.

Staff at the store saw what was happening, but before they had a chance to talk to the man he walked out of the store. He got into the passenger seat of a red sports car which took off down Gibsons Way, headed towards North Road.  The scotch was worth about 375 dollars.

The suspect is described as: tall, large stature, with olive skin, wearing a blue sweatshirt and grey sweat pants.
