A 19 year old Nanaimo man is facing charges after two employees at a north end fast food restaurant were assaulted.
RCMP say it happened Thursday, November 5th.
A man walked into the restaurant, stole some food and then walked out… but it didn’t end there.
He came back and started yelling and then attacked the young woman who escorted him out. After that he tried to get back in using the drive through window.
He pulled a knife and cut the employee who went to stop him.
RCMP were able to find the suspect nearby, and he fought briefly with police as well, before being arrested.
He faces theft, weapon and assault charges.
