Emergency and disaster preparedness is the main focus of tonight’s (Wed Feb 22nd) community meeting at Eric Cardinall Hall.
Mark Hiltz with the West Howe Sound Community Association says the motivation for this topic came from the family who lost their home to a fire near the pulp mill last year when there was some confusion about fire protection.
The community meeting will begin at 7.
Hiltz says the idea is to have good, respectful dialogue and provide information to the community.
