Sechelt Chamber of Commerce President Kim Darwin wants to be the Green Party’s representative for the provincial riding of Powell River – Sunshine Coast.
If Darwin gets the nod from the Green Party, Darwin says she’ll be running for MLA during the next provincial election that’s set for May, next year.
Darwin has been B.C. Green Party’s secretary since 2014.
And she also took home the Rising Star Green Globe Award this year for her work with the B.C. Green Party.
