Two Nanaimo residents were injured in weekend accidents.
Early Sunday, a driver involved in a single vehicle accident on Andres Road had to be airlifted to hospital .
And RCMP in the Oceanside area are still investigating after a serious accident Saturday on Highway 19 near Parksville.
A small car heading southbound veered across the median and smashed into a truck and camper.
The 19-year-old Nanaimo man driving the car was airlifted to hospital in Victoria in serious condition. The Victoria man behind the wheel of the truck was not badly hurt.
