The VIEX – Your Country Fair

The Vancouver Island Exhibition (VIEx) will celebrate 130 years in Nanaimo this year, returning to its roots as a fall fair September 20th-22nd highlighting the harvest and agriculture.
The larger, expanded Midway features new and better rides! There’s a Family Fun Zone and a Safe Kids Program. Plus food, vendors, and of course live animal showcases, home studio created goods, arts & crafts and more.
Don’t miss SUPER DOGS, GLOBAL FMX, VANCOUVER ISLAND PRO WRESTLING, ISLAND BARREL RACING to name but a few!
This year’s main music headliners are BIF NAKED on Friday, September 20th and ALLI WALKER on Saturday, September 21st. Additionally, tribute artists include BAD MOON RIDERS (CCR), DOOBIE BROTHERS EXPERIENCE, MASTER OF JUSTICE (METALLICA) and FOREIGN INFLUENCE (FOREIGNER) as well as plenty of local artists and a special Songwriters Round by the BC Country Music Association Artists.
