Commercial Street Night Market

Join Icon Radio’s Shirley McQueen each Thursday evening beginning at 5pm for the sights, sounds, tastes and aromas of the Commercial Street Night Market in downtown Nanaimo. Almost 200 artisan vendors this summer, 12+ food trucks, exceptional musical entertainment on the stage in Diana Krall Plaza, plus magicians and characters roaming the thoroughfare.  There’s a rock-climbing wall, a KIDS ZONE and your leashed furry family members are welcome too!  New this summer is the Sensory Space inside the public library – a place to chill if the cha cha cha becomes too much.

Come downtown to commune with locals and tourists alike as our area restaurants, businesses and people showcase the spectacular wares, food and entertainment our Harbour City has to offer.
