A puppy was stolen from Paws N Jaws in Nanaimo and RCMP are searching for the thief.
The 8-9 week old Daschund/ Chihuahua was taken from the pet store in the Nanaimo North Town Centre Mall around 3:30pm on Wednesday, Dec 10.
The man police are looking for is described as white, 5’11”, in his 30s, with short, dark hair. He was wearing a baseball cap and a zippered jacket.
The puppy has no collar or tattoo. Investigators are reviewing security footage of the incident.
