Do you have a broken toaster, a ripped sweater or something else in need of repair lying around your house? This weekend’s Repair Café in Nanaimo could be your chance to give it a new lease on life!
Brent Redberger, co-founder of Repair Café Nanaimo, says they’ll be at the Nanaimo Harbourfront Library on Saturday.
Redberger says they’ll have volunteer experts available who can helps fix things like small appliances, electronics or clothing, and they’ll teach you how. As for what you can bring?
The Repair Café is free but donations are always welcome. It runs from 11:00am- 3:00pm on Saturday, Dec 6. Find out more on their website.
