Police are looking for the public’s help to identify a woman who was found deceased on a Lantzville beach on Valentine’s Day.
At 3:00 pm on February 14, police received a call for assistance from Lantzville Fire Rescue after the discovery of a female body on a beach.
Police suspect the woman may have been between 50 and 60 years old. She appeared to have short, wavy, grey hair and was wearing black running shoes, tights, and a grey sweatshirt.
Nanaimo RCMP are working closely with the BC Coroner Service to identify the woman and are asking that anyone with information please call Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at (250)754-2345, reference file 25-4361.
