Nanaimo RCMP has issued a warrant for a 39-year-old after they say he failed to attend his court date.
Police say Michael Mclellan is wanted on an outstanding charge of Robbery in connection with an incident that occurred last November where he assaulted a woman by punching her in the face several times and then stole her purse.
He is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a beard.
