Nanaimo RCMP are releasing some new details about a deliberately set fire at the Bay in Woodgrove Centre.
Police say after looking at security camera footage they’ve discovered the fire was set around 2:45 in the afternoon on January 2nd, in some jeans piled under a rack of other clothes.
