It’s a first for the PJHL as the Coastal Tsunami hires a new assistant coach for the 2024-2025 season.
The new hire is Whitney Juszkiewicz who has made history, by being the first female coach in the PJHL.
Juszkiewicz previously coached Team BC Female U18, bringing home gold at the 2023 Canada Winter Games in PEI.
“I’m looking forward to working with Brad, Caymen, and the Tsunami organization. This group has been working hard, and the players are hungry,” said Juszkiewicz.
She has 12 years of experience coaching and coordinating athlete programs in the lower mainland and has worked closely with Hockey Canada.
