Summer is around the corner and the Sunshine Coast Regional District is starting to put in water conservation measures.
They say this is to ensure the water supply remains sufficient for residential and commercial use.
According to a media release, water conservation is being implemented to ensure all areas of the Sunshine Coast have adequate supply to last them all summer and beyond.
The district will be hosting a meeting on June 22 for all Sunshine Coast residents to update people on what is being done in their area to protect the supply of water.
