Sunshine Coast RCMP were called out this morning to reports of a school bus that had tipped on to its side.
The incident happened on the side of the highway in the 12600 block of Highway 101 in Madeira Park.
The driver of the bus was transported to hospital with minor injuries and the single passenger was picked up by their guardian.
RCMP are expecting traffic disruption in the area as specialized equipment will be needed to flip the bus back over and remove it from the highway.
