A 60 year old man was brought into police custody after a shots fired incident in Gibsons.
It happened Wednesday night after after witnesses reported he had fired off several rounds of a firearm
Mounties diverted traffic in the area of North Road between Bridgeman and Chamberlain roads while the situation unfolded.
They say they tried to talk to the man without response before they set up a containment area to bring him in.
He was eventually brought into custody without incident and could be facing charges.
