Nanaimo RCMP are looking to identify a suspect who they say they took an indecent photo of a woman.
Officers say they were called to a Dollarama on Bruce Avenue at around 2 p.m. on July 29.
They say surveillance footage showed the suspect crouched over while the woman was looking away, aiming their phone up her skirt.
RCMP say the woman’s boyfriend chased the suspect out of the business and exchanged punches with him. They say the suspect managed to break free and ran to their vehicle, described as a dark blue or black sedan.
Police say the suspect is described as a whiten man, with a full beard and was wearing brown pants, a dark t-shirt and a baseball hat.
