Sunshine Coast RCMP make arrests after crime spree in Gibsons

Sunshine Coast RCMP say 2 men are facing charges after a series of break-ins and thefts that played out over several hours Wednesday morning.
It started around 5:20 when alarms went off at a business in the Sunnycrest Mall in Gibsons.
Half an hour later a truck was stolen from a home on Marine Drive.
Around 6,  vehicles were broken into near Sumac Place and somebody ransacked a hair salon on North Road
At 8 a vehicle on Gibsons Way was targeted.
Later, a stolen bank card was used at a gas station.
RCMP put all the clues together arrested two men in Sechelt around 10 in the morning.

36 year old James Stoutenburg of Halfmoon Bay is facing numerous charges. Stoutenburg remains in custody.
