Still time to "Vote Bill" for MLS Community MVP

While Nanaimo’s rowing, canoe, and kayak clubs wait to hear if they’ve won the grand prize in the Kraft Celebration Tour there’s a chance to vote for another local in a similar competition…

Bill Yoachim, Snuneymuxw councillor and Executive Director of Kw’umut Lelum Child and Family Services, is the Vancouver Whitecaps 2014 Community MVP.  That puts him in the running to be Major League Soccer’s Community MVP and get 10-thousand dollars for a charity of his choice.

Yoachim recently talked with Coast News about the Hope and Health event he runs with the Whitecaps.
