The Sunshine Coast Regional District says the Sechelt landfill is open again after a power supply failure has forced it to close briefly.
The repair work began yesterday and was completed today.
During the closure, residents could use the Pender Harbour Transfer Station.
Residential curbside garbage collection was not be affected by the temporary Sechelt Landfill closure.
