Kevin Addison's case adjourned until July

The man facing murder charges in relation to the April 30th shooting at the WFP mill in Nanaimo was in court today.

47-year-old Kevin Addison appeared only briefly via video link, before his case was adjourned again. Addison’s lawyer is waiting for information from the Crown.

A judge has banned Addison from contacting a list of a dozen people, including shooting survivor Tony Sudar and family members of the victims Mike Lunn and Fred McEachern.

Lunn’s wife Marlene was in the courtroom today, wearing red in honour of her slain husband’s favourite colour.

Addison’s appearance July 8th will also be via video. He’s being held at a detention centre in Victoria.
