Keats Landing dock will be repaired.
A barge ran into the dock back in June and, as a result of the damage, the approach to the wharf has been closed to vehicle traffic since.
The Sunshine Coast Regional District has approved the staff recommendation to use about $156,000 dollars for emergency repairs to the landing dock.
Most of the money will be recovered through insurance, but 50-thousand dollars is coming from reserves.
Summerhill Fine Homes will begin repairs soon.
