It’s back to school week on the Sunshine Coast and the RCMP is hoping everyone will be safe.
Being safe means parents walk their kids to school, kids look both ways before crossing the street and drivers need to be cautious of kids crossing in front of buses.
It’s also important for drivers to slow down and obey the speed limit of 30 kilometres an hour through school zones.
There will be an increased police presence during the first week of school on the Sunshine Coast.
