A Sunshine Coast motorcyclist is lucky he wasn’t hurt after he clipped the mirror of an oncoming truck.
On Monday, RCMP was called to a two-vehicle incident in the 1200 block of Reed Road after a motorcyclist was seen swerving over the centre line.
After clipping the side mirror of an on-coming truck the motorcycle and rider ended up in the ditch.
He was found walking down the road and taken to Sechelt Hospital for non-life threatening injuries where he was also given and failed, a roadside alcohol screening test.
Last Saturday police were called to the 1800 block of Sunshine Coast for a rear-ender.
No one was seriously hurt but both vehicles had significant damage.
Back on May 28th Mounties say two vehicles collided in the 9300 block of Highway 101 in Halfmoon Bay when one of the drivers swerved to avoid a collision with a deer.
