The FUSE Community Workhub has been serving Gibsons for the past four years and has outgrown the 700 square foot space.

Sunshine Coast Regional Economic Development Organization’s Chris Hergesheimer said the plan to move to a bigger space has been delayed a bit.

The plan was to open in a newly renovated space May 15th but that’s not likely going to happen now until June 15th.

In the meantime, the other two locations, in Sechelt and Pender Harbour, are now up and running.

Hergesheimer says there have been a couple of celebrations, people are coming in and taking the space for a test drive and the membership is growing day by day.

The FUSE Hubs provide infrastructure and resources to the growing Sunshine Coast community of telecommuters, digital nomads, and self-employed contractors.
