Truong’s cell phone has been disabled and patrols for him throughout Nanaimo have proven negative.
Truong has access to a vehicle, described as a white 2016 Infiniti QX 60 with BC license # 674XSG.
Truong is a South Asian man, 5 feet, 6 inches, 150 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be wearing a black leather jacket.
