Nanaimo RCMP are looking for a large wooden bench stolen from in front of a business at 1595 Bowen Rd. Constable Gary O’Brien say the dogwood bench, worth about $12,000, was stolen on the night of Sunday, May 18.
O’Brien says the owners think the thieves may cut up the bench and sell the pieces.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them at 250-754-2345 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
