The 53-year-old man reported missing from Nanaimo has been located safe and sound.

53-year-old John Lee Whyte has not been heard from by family members for several months.
Whyte is reported to have serious health issues and his family is extremely worried about his well-being.
Investigators have been unable to determine where Whyte was last living and the last time they had any contact with him was back in February.
The shelters and outreach workers have been contacted with negative results, and it is not certain if Whyte is still in Nanaimo.
He is described as being 5 ft. 11, 130 pounds with long scraggly brown hair, moustache and has a ruddy complexion.
