The Sunshine Coast RCMP are searching for a stolen construction trailer.
Mounties say sometime between 1:45 and 4:45 Monday morning two suspects broke into a construction site at Maycon in the 1000 block of Keith Road in Gibsons.
During the three hours the thieves were on the site they loaded a construction trailer with 100,000 dollars worth of tools and construction equipment.
The duo is alleged to have stolen a work vehicle that was on site and towed the trailer down the road before switching the trailer to an awaiting pickup truck, leaving the stolen truck at the side of the road.
The stolen trailer is a black Blazer brand and was bearing a BC license plate 61610D.
