The Regional District of Nanaimo’s Board has been determined.
Besides the electoral directors, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Lantzville and the City of Nanaimo have appointed members of their councils to represent their interests.
The City of Parksville will send its’ mayor, Ed Mayne and councilor Adam Fras.
The Town of Qualicum Beach director is Teunis Westbroek and Lantzville’s is Mark Swain.
For the City of Nanaimo, Mayor Leonard Krog and councilors Sheryl Armstrong, Don Bonner, Tyler Brown, Ben Geselbracht, Erin Hemmens, Ian Thorpe and Jim Turley will take RDN director’s chairs.

The inaugural meeting for the RDN is Tuesday, Nov 13th at which time a chair will be elected from the group.
