A teacher who taught on the Sunshine Coast is out on bail and awaiting his next trial date.“There is there is a publication ban on the name of the complainant and anything information that may identify them,” said Crown Prosecutor Trevor Cockfield.
“However, an individual has been charged with two counts on a information. One is sexual assault and the other is what is commonly referred to as sexual interference, and that’s touching a person under the age of 16 for a sexual purpose.”
Information from the Online Court Services shows that the accused individual was born in 1989 and these alleged offences were committed in Gibsons.
