There will be an increased police presence in Nanaimo this weekend.
BC’s Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit along with other police members will be on the island for the 35th Hells Angels Anniversary party and ride along.
More than 300 Hells Angels member are expected to attend along with supporters and bikers from several other outlaw bike gangs.
Police will be active on social media to keep the public informed of this event.
