A well-known family on the Sunshine Coast is donating a significant amount of money to the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre.
Charlie Jensen, President of the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre Society says the Clayton family gave them a $100 000 cheque for the expansion and renovation of the centre.
Jansen says they have a 1 million dollar goal and they hope other community members will help them reach that goal.
Jensen expects the renovations will be done by mid-November.
