BC Ferries is advising customers that the Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay route will be extremely busy tomorrow (Thurs) and Friday.
Deborah Marshall says they planned to add a third major vessel to the route last weekend but repairs are taking longer than anticipated.
The Coastal Inspiration won’t be added to the route until Monday.
Marshall says the parking facilities at the terminals are also expected to be at capacity….
The July long weekend is the second busiest weekend of the year for BC Ferries behind the August long weekend.
