Hundreds of bikers will be out on roads of the Sunshine Coast for the 7th annual Gibsons Grind Gran Fondo today. (Sat June 23rd)
The event is sold out and participants and volunteers will be biking along highway 101 from Langdale to Halfmoon Bay.
Glenn Hafey President of the Sunshine Coast Cycling club says it’s not a race and it’ll be important for both riders and drivers to be aware of each other.
You can expect to see the riders out on the roads any time between 9:30 to 4:30.
