The Sechelt Fire Department are investigating a trailer fire that happened in West Sechelt.
Chief Trevor Pike says they got the call around 8 in the morning (Tues) about a structure fire on Reeves Road. When they showed up, a trailer home was fully involved in flames and about 25 firefighters were on scene.
Pike says although they had a good response, the trailer home burned rapidly and was not salvageable.
The investigation is still ongoing but at this point, they believe the cause of the fire is due to a faulty electrical panel.
